I opened emu, opened dialog box, loaded my controls, closed box, reopened to check buttons they're fine , closed and opened a game and then closed the emu, I think. If everything is working properly, it sets the button parent devices on its own. It is always important to have the latest DirectX version installed in your system. Please take a look and see if you think the logic is OK. For better comparison look at the different NRage screenshots. Loading of setting from file works fine. Anyway, try it and see if it still breaks.

Maybe it's loaded in the string and data anyway? Theoretically this is undefined behavior, so either it will crash spectacularly or work knput. I think it should only do this if you go into the plugin selection screen though.

Sorry, that was a long post. I have a problem dude i dowloaded the last version of the N-Gage thingy n when i do all of the steps when im gonna change it from jabos direct input to the N-gage's it shows that its the V2. I'm not sure why it was statically inout in the first place.

And you need the latest N-Rage's plugin to make Transfer Pak work. The differences, the emulators do NOT freeze anymore, but there is still displayed an error message similar to the first ones of my post.

I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. But that's the version I want to play. Please pardon the noob question, but I get this when I try to click on Settings in Project 64 1. I'm still working on the registry problem that causes it inpuh clear your settings, though it's possible that it was caused by my previous mistake, which was overwriting config memory!
This means that trying to open NRage config in will now hang until InitiateControllers finishes.
